They’re seeking a seasoned Sales Director (Senior IC role) to lead growth across the DACH region, with a primary focus on Switzerland. This is a strategic, consultative role aimed at acquiring new enterprise logos, expanding key accounts, and embedding their platform into next-gen data architectures.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional growth targets
• Lead complex, high-value deal negotiations with enterprise clients
• Engage senior stakeholders to shape data and AI-ready strategies
• Partner with pre‑sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements (travel up to 30%)

🎯
What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of enterprise IT sales experience, ideally within large, matrixed organisations
• Proven success in closing high‑value deals and managing long sales cycles
• Strong background in Data Integration, Middleware, or Cloud Data Platforms
• Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C‑level decision‑makers
• Fluent in English;
  German is a strong advantage
