• Deep industry expertise in Banking, Wealth Management, Risk & Compliance, Digital Transformation.
• Senior-level project management
  : leading and steering complex, international projects.
• Methodology know-how

  Agile, Scrum, classic PM approaches, change management.
• Technology awareness for digital initiatives, data management, and system integration.

• Build and maintain networks in the target market to generate new mandates.
• Pitching & proposal skills – confidently present and sell concepts.
• Upselling within existing accounts.
• Strategic account planning together with Partners.

• C-level communication
  : interact with decision-makers in a trusted advisor capacity.
• Develop long-term partnerships

• Act as the bridge between client, delivery team, and internal functions.
• Lead and coach teams of consultants, motivating and developing talent.
• Resource planning

• Drive strategic enhancement of the Client Delivery service offering.

• Salary range: CHF 170–187,000 base (excluding bonus and benefits such as pension fund coverage)
• Location: Zurich – hybrid setup, no specific on-site requirement; depends on client projects
• Travel: Mainly within Switzerland, depending on the project
• Client industries: Primarily Banking
• Focus areas: Business/IT interface, helping clients increase top-line, reduce cost-to-income ratio (CIR), and ensure regulatory compliance
• Tech involvement: No hands-on technical work required; affinity with technology is sufficient
• Team size: Typically 3–7 people
