We are looking for a Senior Technology Consultant
, with Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience, to join our team!

As a Senior Technology Consultant
, you are responsible for providing consulting services and delivery excellence. You act as a trusted advisor for our clients, and you take care of helping them to co-build impact and value within their digital transformation.

• Professional fluency in German and English (C1)
• 5-8+ years’ experience in digital transformation consulting, platform-led business analysis or similar
• 3+ years’ experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) and/or Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus
• Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; able to challenge constructively, align cross-functional teams, and influence prioritization based on value.
• Experience contributing to RFPs, proposals, and client demos; comfortable presenting concepts, roadmaps, and value cases
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

• Develop mental digital transformation strategies, concepts and specifications for the implementation, enhancement and improvement of innovative platform solutions.
• Bear responsibility for content in a field of expertise for (part-) projects and offers, and bring significant contribution to winning new clients or developing existing ones.
• Advising and guiding the client to identify opportunities for their digital roadmap through value generation.
• Having recognized expertise in at least one relevant vertical / tech /topic.
• Creating and managing business backlog and helping drive prioritization through value generation.
• Acting as a subject matter expert on and supporting client pitches as well as other activities connected with the business development around our capabilities offering.
• Requirements engineering and functional specifications of the solution to be implemented based on different platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore and others.
• Documenting and managing functional and non-functional requirements by running brainstorming sessions, interviews, workshops and other requirements gathering techniques as appropriate.
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into workable digital solution specifications in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Defining and enhancing industry and client specific business processes.
• Supporting and consulting the customer in the different phases of their digital projects, from proposal preparation to successful completion or continuation, always with the passion and focus to generate the best possible customer experience.
• Advising the client on business, communication or process aspects within their vertical.
• Building the business bridge between internal stakeholders and the various client stakeholders, providing technical and functional expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Closely collaborating with the development teams, UX / Design teams and content teams (onsite and/or offshore).
• Preparing and facilitating client workshops for idea creation and requirements engineering.
• Staying up to date, or ahead, of digital trends in the market and understands how they impact the client's business.
