Your Mission

• Lead and grow a Microsoft Competence Center with full commercial accountability
• Build, develop, and retain high-performing consulting teams
• Own senior customer relationships and drive long-term engagements
• Identify growth opportunities and translate demand into scalable delivery
• Act as a senior partner to Microsoft within the ecosystem

About You

• Proven leadership experience within Microsoft consulting or system integration
• Comfortable owning P&L, utilisation, and growth targets
• Trusted leader who builds teams through clarity, trust, and momentum
• Fluent German (C1+) and strong English
