As part of our Finance team in Business Consulting, you will support our clients with digital transformation and optimization of financial processes, including implementation in Next-Generation ERP systems such as SAP S/4 HANA, from strategic and conceptual perspectives.

• Enable the finance function of the future by working on corporate governance, business intelligence, and optimized financial processes tailored to industry-specific needs using SAP technology.
• Design and implement Financial Accounting and Controlling solutions within SAP ERP / S/4 HANA system architecture.
• Utilize platforms like S/4 HANA Finance to provide transparent insights into profitability, service delivery, and cost management.
• Optimize financial processes leveraging SAP Best Practices.
• Assist colleagues in process design, analysis, and SAP topics training.
• Contribute to our consulting practice through training, publishing articles, or conference presentations.
• Develop holistic ERP solutions for clients utilizing our interdisciplinary services.
• Engage in ongoing training on new SAP technologies with opportunities for SAP certification.
• Gain practical experience in sectors such as Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer Products, or Industrial Products.

To qualify, candidates should have:

• A university degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Information Systems with excellent results.
• 1 to 5 years of consulting or implementation experience in Finance, Accounting, and Controlling at a leading company.
• Understanding of end-to-end financial processes like Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, or Source-to-Settle, with basic knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, or Asset Accounting.
• Experience translating business concepts into IT designs using ERP systems such as SAP FI/CO, S/4 HANA, or similar.
• Analytical, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Team spirit, determination, and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility.
• Fluency in English and either German or French.
