We've built technology that outperforms Google Deep Mind, Microsoft, and ECMWF. We have customers, revenue, and momentum. What we haven't built yet is the machine that tells this story ’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own everything from brand, content, social, campaigns, website, PR, and events. You'll be our first dedicated marketing hire, and you'll work directly with the CEO.
You'll have a budget, agency support, and the mandate to build a real marketing function. There's no playbook. You'll write it. You'll shape how the world understands physical AI and Jua's place in it. You'll make complex science accessible and compelling. You'll build a brand that matches the ambition of what we're building.
- Own Jua's brand and voice across all channels
- Create content yourself, fast, from idea to published
- Build and run our social presence with a deep understanding of what actually spreads and why
- Manage external agencies and freelancers
- Drive campaigns that generate pipeline, not just impressions
- Turn technical breakthroughs into stories that resonate
- Proof over credentials. We don't care where you went to school. We care what you've built. Show us campaigns you ran, content you created, and brands you shaped. Show us something you made that worked.
- Builder tools. You use Canva, Figma, Cursor, Cap Cut, whatever gets the job done. You don't wait for permission or perfect conditions.
- Deep understanding of attention. You know how social media and mass psychology actually work. You've thought seriously about why some things spread, and others don't.
- Speed and ownership. You learn fast, work hard, and don't need to be managed. You thrive in ambiguity and turn ideas into working output.
- Curiosity about hard problems. You can understand our technology well enough to communicate it across domains such as AI, weather, and energy markets. You're drawn to complexity.
- Proven marketing experience with measurable results (years matter less than impact)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic ability
- Hands‑on content creation skills
- Experience managing agencies or external partners
- Based in Zurich or willing to relocate
