Who you are :

• You’re a senior UX / UI designer who loves to think in systems, prototypes, and stories.
• You combine user‑centered thinking with a strong curiosity for emerging tools and technologies – especially AI.
• You move fluently between research, flows, pixels, and prototypes, and you enjoy using AI and “vibe coding” to explore, test, and refine ideas at high speed.
• You communicate clearly, collaborate across disciplines.
• You have experience in mentoring other UX / UI designer, providing feedback, coaching, and guidance on methods, tools, and quality standards.

Your tasks & responsibilities :
User Research & Insight‑Driven Design

• Collect and clarify insights (quantitative and qualitative information) that drives improvement and communicate them clearly to the responsible stakeholders
• Apply personas, journey maps, service blueprints, or information architecture to create sharp UX hypotheses, concepts, and prototypes.
• Plan, run, and evaluate user tests and prototype walkthroughs.

UI & Design Systems

• Design interfaces that align with our brand and design system
• Maintain a cohesive and consistent design experience across every touchpoint in the Gen Two ecosystem
• Contribute to and evolve our design system and ensure its seamless implementation in collaboration with our Platform team

AI‑Assisted Prototyping & Vibe Coding

• Use AI tools and “vibe coding” workflows to create and iterate UX / UI concepts rapidly (e.g. interactive prototypes, micro‑experiments, design explorations).
• Build and test interactive prototypes to validate ideas early with users and stakeholders.
• Help shape our internal approach to AI‑assisted design and prototyping, including best practices and playbooks.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Service Designers, developers, and business stakeholders to align design decisions with product strategy and technical constraints.
• Take ownership of design outcomes in your area and represent UX / UI in discussions and decisions.
• Validate UX / UI implementations to confirm accurate execution and alignment with design specifications.

Motion & Interaction Design

• Integrate motion and micro‑interactions where they enhance clarity, feedback, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure interactions feel as good in product as they do in prototype.

What you bring :

• Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, UX, or a related field (e.g. University of Arts).
• 5+ years of experience in UX / UI design with a strong, diverse portfolio of shipped products or advanced prototypes.
• Proven expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Strong command of tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Blender or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted design workflows (e.g. using LLMs, generative tools, or vibe coding approaches) and rapid, experiment‑driven prototyping.
• Experience working in Agile, cross‑functional product teams.
• Demonstrated leadership skills : mentoring junior designers, giving constructive feedback, and setting quality standards.
• A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and openness to new ways of working and experimenting with emerging tools and methods.
