Serve as a subject-matter expert for Veeva Vault CRM leading implementations and configuration activities in Life Sciences projects.

Advise and support clients on best practices compliance and regulatory requirements when designing Veeva Vault CRM solutions.

Lead workshops gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Vault CRM architectures.

Oversee system integration and migration activities ensuring data integrity quality and adherence to project timelines.

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of Veeva Vault CRM solutions.

You have hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM and ideally hold relevant Veeva certifications.

You are passionate about driving digital transformation in the pharmaceutical or broader life sciences industry.

You enjoy working in a dynamic project-based environment and feel confident collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

You communicate effectively in both German and English (spoken and written) and can explain complex topics clearly and concisely.

You work proactively think in solutions and are motivated to continuously grow your expertise in Veeva Vault CRM.

Experience with GxP regulatory compliance and document or content management processes in Life Sciences environments.

A background in consulting project management or business analysis within the Life Sciences industry ideally involving Veeva solutions.
