IT Project Lead – Personal Account Transaction Suite (100% f/m/d)

A contract role with Julius Baer, immediate start until 31.12.2026 with possible extension.

• Support business stakeholders in backlog prioritization, requirement engineering and alignment of requirements with existing functionality or functionality delivered by other initiatives.
• Responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs.
• Project includes Flowable and Actico Business Rule technologies.
• Guarantee compliance with Julius Baer’s project governance framework, security policies, and minimum standards, particularly in relation to data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure smooth handover of the solution to Operations and Support teams upon completion.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in managing projects with budgets > 1 m CHF in classic methodology within financial institutions.
• Compliance or Personal Account Transaction know‑how an advantage.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
• Self‑driven, organised, and capable of managing administrative and financial aspects independently.
• Sound skills in Jira and Confluence, agile way of working know‑how (e.g. ceremonies).
• Good presentation and communication skills, problem solving, social interaction & cross‑cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, can‑do spirit.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders as well as negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage.
