Manager Digital Strategy & Governance

Job Description

The Manger Digital Strategy & Governance supports the Vice President Group IT & Digital Services by acting as the strategic control tower for Kanadevia Inova’s IT & Digital organization. The role ensures transparency, prioritization, and disciplined execution acrossall initiatives. Core responsibilities include governance, demand and project portfolio management, vendor and license management, and KPI-driven performance steering. This position plays a critical role in aligning digital investments with business priorities and financial discipline, working closely with the Vice President Group IT & Digital Services.

• Strategy & Planning:
  Support the Vice President Group IT & Digital Services in defining and executing the IT & Digitalisation strategy and translate objectives into actionable roadmaps.
• Governance:
  Establish and manage governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and reporting structures to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Portfolio & Demand Management:
  Lead demand and project portfolio management processes, ensuring resources are focused on initiatives with the highest business value.

Define and implement KPI frameworks and dashboards to measure delivery, value, and operational performance of IT & digital initiatives.

Oversee IT budget planning, manage vendor and license governance to optimize cost, efficiency, and compliance.

• University degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT governance, portfolio management, or CIO advisory roles.
• Proven expertise in governance frameworks, demand / portfolio management, and performance measurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English and German
  .
• Solid understanding of digital transformation programs and large IT organizations.

• A strategic leadership role in shaping Kanadevia Inova’s IT and digital transformation.
