Senior Manager​/Director in SAP Supply Chain Operations Consulting

Your Impact

• Work with our clients on their supply chain operations processes, evaluate the best use of SAP solutions in Fit to Standard workshops and advise them on design and implementation of best-in-class SAP solutions.
• Help and support our clients to integrate solutions based on the latest technology such as IoT or predictive analytics with their S/4
  
  HANA solution.
• You Manage sub-teams, project work streams or transformation programs in challenging and fast paced environments.
• Contribute to the development of our world-class SAP consulting team and expand your capabilities through specific training following your personal development plan.

• A degree (bachelor / master / diploma) preferred in business, IT, engineering, business information systems or a digital discipline.
• More than 8 years of experience in process consulting and implementation of SAP solutions with relevant experience in SAP supply chain and logistics modules and a profound understanding of the related business processes.
• You are familiar with SAP Activate and agile- as well as classic project management methodologies
• As Senior Manger you have lead smaller teams of min 10 people.
• As Director you lead at least one transformation program.
• Team player and ready to take on responsibility on projects and to foster innovative solutions.
• Relevant leadership experience which includes coaching, managing engagement teams and client relation management.
• You are able to drive RFPs to generate new business
• Innovative mindset and previous exposure to GenAI and Cloud is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with a “can do" attitude, fluent in English and German.
• Flexible to work on engagements in other parts of Switzerland and/or abroad and a valid work permit.
