  • Own the ADM roadmap for the L&H domain, aligning with business priorities and the broader data strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during planning and along with the execution of the roadmap
  • Collaborate with Tech teams to define the structure, logic, and standards of the ADM, ensuring it reflects business reality and supports analytics use cases
  • Engage with stakeholders from Analytics & AI, Underwriting, Claims, and other business units to gather requirements and validate deliverables
  • Onboard data stewards to the ADM in line with the data strategy goals
  • Oversee delivery of the ADM squad, ensuring timely, high-quality releases that adhere to SCOR’s data architecture and governance standards
  • Promote reuse and self-service, enabling other teams to build on top of the ADM through clear documentation, training, and support
  • Ensure traceability and transparency of business logic, data lineage, and transformations from source to ADM
  • Cooperate with other ADM leads to create a working dependency planning and execution of user stories to feed analytical products
