About Our ClientOur client is an innovative digital Swiss-based pet & general liability insurance provider.
About the RoleWe are looking for a mid- to senior‑level IT all‑rounder with a strong focus on business processes, automation, and system integrations. This role is not a pure Hub Spot specialist position, but rather a hands‑on, cross‑functional role that bridges business and IT.
You will support us in setting up and configuring Hub Spot (with a particular focus on Service Hub), while also helping to design, optimize, and integrate broader business and operational processes across our systems.
This is a role for someone who enjoys understanding how a business works end‑to‑end and translating those needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
We are ideally looking for a full‑time, long‑term collaboration, but are open to part‑time for a strong profile.
Responsibilities- Configure, customize, and maintain Hub Spot, with a focus on Service Hub
- Design and optimize business processes (e.g. customer support, operations, internal workflows, data flows)
- Build and maintain automations to improve efficiency and data quality
- Design and implement system integrations between Hub Spot and other internal or third‑party tools
- Work with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms where needed
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical implementation
- Translate business requirements into clear technical concepts and solutions
Take ownership of business systems, continuously improving and evolving them - Support troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing improvements across systems
- Strong understanding of business and operational processes (e.g. customer support, service workflows, data flows)
- Proven experience with Hub Spot (Service Hub experience is a strong plus)
- Experience with system integrations (APIs, CRM integrations, third‑party tools)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex workflows and dependencies
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Experience collaborating closely with both business and technical teams
- Good level of English language (you will be working with an English speaking team)
- Experience with automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make, custom scripts)
- Familiarity with data modeling, reporting, or analytics
- Experience in scaling or improving business systems in a growing organization
