AI Solution Architect

What you're going to do

Are you passionate about delivering innovative AI solutions that transform how organizations engage with customers, streamline processes, and empower professionals to excel in their roles? We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Solution Architect to join our strong and growing team and play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of AI by our clients.

You will advise our clients by understanding their needs and helping to define and implement the performant AI solutions that deliver sustainable value. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Lead the design, implementation and deployment of complex AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Ensure technical leadership for project delivery – coordinate the activities of developers and system integrators and secure adherence to our high‑quality standards
• Advise clients on how to apply AI technologies – such as ML, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and agentic AI – to address their business needs and support the sales team throughout the pre‑sales process
• Collaborate closely with project managers, customers and stakeholders on planning and execution, serving as the primary technical liaison
• Maintain a deep understanding of the value and potential of AI technologies and foster relationships with our product partners
• Foster our AI community and best practices: promote knowledge sharing within the AI solutions community and establish project best practices with a focus on continuous improvement
• Act as an ambassador by participating in webinars, conferences and other industry events

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science or a related field
• Proven ability in advising, designing and leading the development of scalable, secure and maintainable system architectures in an enterprise context
• 5+ years of experience architecting and developing AI solutions in the cloud (Azure and Google preferred) and on‑prem (IBM Watsonx preferred). Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Open Shift and Docker
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical topics into business value
• Comfortable working in agile environments and across interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in German, business fluent in English
