* Excellent communicateur (oral et écrit), qui fait preuve d'un bon jugement, de tact et qui travaille bien dans des situations de haute pression.
* Permis de conduire en vigueur avec un dossier de conduite vierge.
* Doit avoir l'habileté et la capacité de comprendre et de lire les spécifications.
* Capable de gérer des tâches multiples et de s'adapter au changement.
* Autonome et capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision.
* Capacité à travailler dans un environnement qui encourage et favorise le travail d'équipe, la participation, la créativité, l'honnêteté et le respect mutuel.
* Connaissance des techniques de levage sécuritaires, car il faut soulever régulièrement et de façon répétitive des objets lourds (environ 50 livres).
* Capacité à travailler par quarts.
* Il s'agit d'un poste physiquement exigeant - il faut régulièrement se tenir debout, se pencher, soulever et se déplacer par intermittence pendant des quarts de travail de 8 heures et plus.
* Doit être capable de travailler à des hauteurs allant jusqu'à 20-25 pieds.
* Excellent communicator (oral and written), who demonstrates sound judgment, tact, and works well in high-pressure situations.
* Current Driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
* Must have skill and ability to understand and read spec.
* Able to handle multi-tasks and adapt to change.
* Self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work in an environment that encourages and fosters teamwork, participation, creativity, honesty and mutual respect.
* Knowledge of safe lifting techniques, as regular and repetitive heavy lifting (approx. 50lbs) is required.
* Ability to work shift work
* This is a physically demanding position - Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
* Must be able to work at heights up to 20-25 feet
