A leading technology company is looking for an IT/ERP user and support specialist to support the service department and drive the continuous development of ERP-supported service processes. In this role, you will actively participate in user support, training and projects and help shape the digital transformation of the company.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in a commercial or technical environment.
• Experience in user support and project environment.
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems;
  Experience in SAP (especially CS module) is an advantage, training possible.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Structured, networked mindset and quick comprehension.
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working and strong implementation skills.
• Experience or interest in training employees and know-how transfer.
• C1 level at both German and English.

• First-level support:
  Act as primary contact for internal staff regarding ERP-related questions.
• Support service technicians to ensure efficient system usage.
• Knowledge transfer:
  Responsible for training and upskilling staff on ERP systems.
• Projects:
  Collaborate on system expansions, replacements, and optimization projects.
• Process support:
  Ensure smooth processes such as invoice handling, error logs, and service invoice checks.
• Data analysis:
  Prepare and analyze data from ERP systems and BI tools to optimize processes.
• Site visits:
  Support training and knowledge exchange across branches.
