THE ROLE
As a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect
, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of complex CRM and customer engagement solutions.
- Leading architecture, solution design, and implementation for Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
- Defining solution blueprints, data models, integrations, and security frameworks
- Advising clients on translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions
- Leading workshops and design sessions with clients and internal teams
- Guiding development teams on configuration, plugins, Power Apps, and Power Automate flows
- Overseeing integrations with other systems (ERP, Azure, third‑party applications) and data migration strategies
- Championing Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM best practices
- Mentoring and coaching consultants, developers, and analysts
THE CANDIDATE
You are a senior technical professional with strong Dynamics 365 CE expertise and experience delivering full lifecycle CRM projects.
You bring
- 8+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on at least 2–3 full lifecycle CE implementations
- Deep knowledge of CE modules:
Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service - Hands‑on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
- Experience with Azure services
:
Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management - Integration experience with tools such as Kingsway Soft, Scribe, or Azure Data Factory
- Strong understanding of security roles, workflows, business rules, and plugin development
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and Dev Ops practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
NICE TO HAVE (NOT ESSENTIAL)
- Microsoft Certified:
Power Platform Solution Architect Expert - Experience integrating D365 CE with D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Dataverse
- Experience in industry verticals such as financial services, manufacturing, public sector, or healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
