As a Senior Consultant Test Manager, you will plan, execute and supervise test processes, ensure software quality and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve optimal test results.

CHF 90,000.00 /yr – CHF  /yr

• Prepare, plan and coordinate tests across relevant project phases with various stakeholders.
• Manage defect resolution and test sign-offs, and prepare progress reporting.
• Create and implement training on the test management tool and related processes.
• Define an overarching test strategy and develop functional test cases.
• Actively build sustainable client relationships.
• Act as a mentor, sharing experience with colleagues.

• Minimum 5 years experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of processes and methods, and experience in software development and project management (fundamental test process, defect management, Scrum).
• High customer and service orientation, strong communication skills, and team player mentality.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Fluent German (C1) and ISTQB certification.
