Sie sind für den 2nd Level Support, die Automatisierung mittels Power Shell und die Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen verantwortlich. Ideale Kandidaten haben eine Ausbildung in Informatik, mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Windows Support und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
