Our client is seeking a talented AI Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions for internal teams and external clients. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who is passionate about building real‑world machine learning and AI applications, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and contributing to the growth of AI capabilities.

• Design, build, and test AI solutions (including complex RAG systems, machine learning, deep learning, AI Agents) for diverse use cases.
• Support deployment pipelines for AI models using modern MLOps tools and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
• Implement monitoring systems to track model performance and ensure long‑term reliability and fairness.
• Write clean, modular, production‑grade code; contribute to reusable components and accelerators.
• Work closely with senior data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with project requirements.
• Participate in rapid prototyping of AI solutions and assist in evaluating their feasibility and business value.

• Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, RAG systems, and AI Agents.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices.
• Exposure to MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and ML model monitoring.
• Enthusiasm for solving real‑world problems using AI technologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Language requirements:
  English (must) and either German, Italian or French depending on site preference.
