Role overview and primary responsibilities for a CRM consultant focused on BSI solutions within the financial services sector.

• Advise clients on CRM strategy, operating models, and platform implementation (focus on BSI)
• Lead and deliver CRM transformation projects from conception to go-live
• Act as project or sub-project lead with responsibility for team management, timelines, and client engagement
• Identify client needs and support business development initiatives and proposals
• Collaborate with technology partners and ecosystem players to deliver holistic solutions
• Contribute to internal knowledge building and mentoring of junior colleagues

• Master’s degree from a recognized university or university of applied sciences
• Strong project experience in CRM transformation projects within the financial services industry
• Deep expertise in BSI CRM solutions (certifications are a plus)
• Solid understanding of insurance processes and customer engagement models (CRM / CLM knowledge in banking is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level)
• Structured, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential
