You’ll join a dedicated engineering team supporting the evolution of the IBM-based platforms—ranging from system integration and middleware optimization to administration of core business services.

• Designing and maintaining stable, secure, and scalable systems.
• Managing automation, handling incidents, performing upgrades, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including architecture, development, infrastructure, and security units to continuously improve platform reliability and performance.

• Experience as IBM Administrator or IBM Developer in a regulated environment.
• Strong command of IBM technologies like Web Sphere, MQ, IIB, or DB2.
• Experience in enterprise infrastructure with emphasis on performance, availability, and compliance.
• German language skills are a strong advantage for day-to-day collaboration with internal teams (local).
• Willingness for a 3-year contract with a clear path to permanent position for the right candidate.
