Our client, a leading management consultancy in Switzerland, is looking for a talented Test Manager to join their team.

Test Manager responsible for planning, directing and supervising testing activities, developing test plans, and ensuring effective testing across multiple types and levels. The role includes improving testing processes and supporting test automation and team development.

• Comprehensive planning, direction, and supervision of all testing tasks through the formulation of detailed test plans and approaches
• Design and development of test specifications and test data
• Assessment and integration of test results, along with comprehensive reporting
• Ensuring appropriate testing activities by mastering various test types and levels
• Improving testing processes and encouraging test automation
• Assistance in establishing and enhancing test teams

• Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
• At least 6 years of experience as a Test Manager
• Strong expertise in the banking and insurance industries
• Comprehensive knowledge of software development processes, along with experience in database technologies and configuration management
• Strong familiarity with agile models such as SCRUM or Kanban
• Excellent German and English language skills

• Team player with a high degree of initiative and quick comprehension skills
