* Lead complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver Data & AI strategies, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation at scale;
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping transformation agendas and driving measurable business impact;
* Develop and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for new engagements and innovative solutions, and converting them into impactful projects;
* Contribute to thought leadership and shape new ED&A offerings in areas such as agentic AI, AI governance, and data-driven business models.

Your typical activities will extend:
* Setting vision and strategy for client engagements and internal practice development;
* Leading multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and managing high-value programs;
* Driving thought leadership through publications, events, and client workshops;
* Building long-term client relationships and expanding accounts through innovative solutions;
* Inspiring clients and teams with a clear roadmap for data-driven transformation;
* Mentoring and developing talents, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning;
* Ensuring excellence, by delivering high-quality outcomes, managing risks, and promoting innovative approaches;
* Shaping the market, by representing ED&A through publications, events, and thought leadership, positioning Capgemini Invent as a leader in AI and data transformation.## YOUR PROFILE
* 6-8+ years of experience in data & analytics, management consulting, or related field;
* Strong track record in leading large programs and influencing senior stakeholders;
* Deep expertise in AI strategy, data governance & management, analytics, and intelligent automation; experience in agentic AI and ethical AI frameworks is highly desirable;
* Business development experience and ability to generate revenue through client relationships;
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and either German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) is mandatory on the C1 level minimum.## WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE
