Aufgaben- >
- Installation und Konfiguration sowie Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungsmeldungen
- Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentationen
- Verwaltung der Berechtigungen mittels Active Directory
- Sicherstellung des IT-Supports für interne Mitarbeiter und Kunden
- Mitarbeit bei verschiedenen IT-Projekten
Unterhaltung, Administration, Wartung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der IT-Infrastrukturen
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Administration und Support
- Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-, VMware- oder Citrix-Umfeld
- Solide Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Microsoft Windows Server, Client und Active Directory
- Einsatzbereit und serviceorientiert, kontaktfreudig und teamorientiert
- Führerausweis Kat. B von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Faire und zeitgemässe Entlohnung
