- Key Responsibilities ###  Functional Architecture & Delivery
* Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ / Revenue Cloud depending on context).
* Capture and translate business requirements into scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
* Lead Salesforce projects (governance, planning, quality, risk management).
* Ensure functional consistency and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
* Work closely with nearshore delivery teams and 2

PACE technical experts.
* Act as the main functional and project point of contact for clients.###  Opening & Growing the Zurich Office
* Launch and structure

PACE’s first office in Zurich**.
* Build and maintain strong
** commercial and partner relationships**, particularly with
** Salesforce Switzerland
** and the local ecosystem.
* Represent 2

PACE at events, meetups, user groups, and client meetings.
* Contribute to business development activities (pre-sales, networking, opportunity generation).
* Increase brand visibility and credibility for 2

PACE in the Swiss market.
* Support the progressive build-up of a local team.##

Preferred Experience Profile & Experience### Salesforce & Project Leadership
* 7+ years of experience on Salesforce in roles combining
** functional expertise, architecture, or project management**.
* Strong understanding of business processes (sales, customer management, revenue).
* Ability to engage confidently with both business stakeholders and technical teams.### Leadership & Business Mindset
* ** Entrepreneurial profile**, autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership.
* Proven ability to build networks and long-term trusted relationships.
* Comfortable representing a company and developing a market presence.
