Product Manager – Wallet Infrastructure

Crypto Finance Group combines regulated entities – Crypto Finance AG (FINMA‑licensed in Switzerland) and Crypto Finance (Deutschland) GmbH (BaFin‑licensed in Germany). We deliver trading, custody, and wallet services and have recently secured a MiCAR license for the EU market. Crypto Finance AG is a SIX‑approved crypto custodian for ETP issuers.

This role leads and coordinates technical initiatives focused on blockchain infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, design innovative infrastructure services, enhance existing systems, and influence the expansion of our digital asset offerings.

• Drive and coordinate technical projects for wallet infrastructure across multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and specify wallet infrastructure solutions and improve existing systems.
• Collect, manage, and track requirements from stakeholders, prioritize, and deliver production‑ready features with engineering support.
• Write and maintain technical and client‑facing documentation, and support demos, workshops, and training sessions.
• Monitor product performance and gather stakeholder input to shape the product roadmap.

• Excellent understanding of blockchain, wallet infrastructure, smart contracts, and the broader crypto space.
• Experience developing and delivering production‑ready services.
• Strong communication skills to translate requirements for engineering teams.
• Passion for continuous learning and curiosity about industry trends, especially wallet technology.
• Security‑first mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent English;
  German is a plus.
• Background in finance and/or IT with an ethic awareness of the financial sector.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
