The Consulting Lead – Retail & Consumer Products is a senior client‑facing leader responsible for growing our retail and consumer goods portfolio across Switzerland and the DACH region. You will help clients leverage cloud, BI, analytics, and AI for data‑driven decision‑making, to reinvent customer journeys, optimize merchandising and logistics, and enhance sustainability performance.

• Strategic & Client Development:
  Expand relationships to & with services, retail, luxury, and FMCG clients; lead presales; act as strategic advisor on customer analytics, digital commerce, and supply chain resilience.
• Operational Excellence:
  Oversee transformation programs such as omnichannel integration, demand forecasting, and AI‑driven marketing analytics; ensure ROI realization.
• Team Leadership & Development:
  Mentor consultants in retail analytics, e‑commerce architecture, and marketing technology; encourage cross‑functional collaboration.
• Growth Enablement:
  Develop go‑to‑market offerings for data‑driven retail, personalization, and sustainability analytics; co‑create initiatives with ecosystem partners such as Microsoft, Azure Databricks and others.

• Driving sales for the Swiss Market and wider DACH Region (as % increase over baseline for existing customers and as NNR for whitespace customers)
• Driving innovation in terms of the development of reusable IP for Clouds on Mars
• CSAT of customers
• Margin on Services Sold

• 10-15 years in consulting or technology leadership for services, FSI, retail, FMCG, fashion, or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of customer experience, digital commerce, and data platforms.
• Proven success in client growth and delivery.
• English and German proficiency.
