Senior Consultant - Business Consulting; Platform

Opportunity

Join EY’s Business Consulting team and help shape the future of the Financial Services industry. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our Financial Services Practice, you will contribute to strategic transformation programs across Wealth & Asset Management (WAM), Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), and Insurance. This role is tailored for professionals with approx. 2–5 years of experience.

Support platform implementation projects involving large financial services platforms such as Aladdin, Sim Corp, Temenos, or Avaloq, including configuration, testing, and rollout.

Collaborate with client stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements.

Engage proactively with technology and build teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Contribute to agile product delivery (e.g. print planning, backlog grooming).

Assist in designing and delivering platform-enabled operating models that enhance efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

Apply EY methodologies and accelerators to ensure successful integration, adoption, and change management.

Present insights and recommendations to clients in a structured, data-driven, and compelling manner.

Help build client relationships and support account development.

Ideally 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial services or consulting.

Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Aladdin, Sim Corp, Temenos, or Avaloq.

Background in requirements engineering, including stakeholder interviews, documentation, and validation.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Motivation to grow and take initiative.

Strong academic background from a recognized university or university of applied sciences.

• Fluency in English;
  German strongly preferred. German or other languages are a plus.
