• Help sell, lead and deliver high-impact projects engaging senior stakeholders from high‑profile clients in the life sciences industry.
• Develop new ideas and propositions to secure new and expand existing projects, including designing and implementing technologies, quality systems, operating models, digital strategies across R&D, manufacturing/supply chain, and commercial functions.
• Drive business performance through quality culture change, process improvement, automation, and advanced analytics/AI to accelerate development and commercial timelines.
• Collaborate with consulting teams covering commercial, market access, and other life‑sciences functions.
• Work with international clients and gain experience in multicultural teams within Switzerland and abroad.
• Access PwC's global network of Life Sciences experts, market‑leading propositions, methodologies, and training materials.
• Work in a fast‑growing, respectful, collegial team environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a science‑related discipline and about six years of experience in life sciences, including at least three years as a consultant.
• Experience leading large transformation projects, developing new propositions, and improving quality in regulated business functions.
• Exposure to innovations in technology, cloud, RWD/NLP that enhance performance and patient‑centricity in health markets.
• Familiarity with GxP, data privacy, digital strategy, operating model design, quality‑system design/improvement/maintenance, process improvement, technology implementation, and analytics in GxP‑regulated environments.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and technological proficiency.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; preferably German and/or French; and travel mobility to serve international clients.
• Passionate team player who enjoys socializing with clients and colleagues after work.
