• Background in HR, recruitment, admin, coaching or similar fields (3+ years preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently
• Confident using digital platforms and social media tools
• Interest in personal development, leadership and continuous learning
• Performance-driven individuals who enjoy autonomy
