Ein renommiertes Industrieunternehmen in Zürich sucht einen HR Spezialisten (80-100%), der die Personaladministration für ca. 200 Mitarbeitende übernimmt.
Aufgaben umfassen Recruiting, Payroll-Koordination und Optimierung interner HR-Prozesse. Bewerber sollten über eine relevante HR-Weiterbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in ähnlichen Funktionen verfügen, idealerweise in der Industrie. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Erfahrungen mit MS Office und HRIS sind erforderlich. Offene Kommunikation und ein kollegiales Umfeld zeichnen das Unternehmen aus.
