The Zurich hotel has beenrebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich and is managed by Cycas Hospitality, the white label hotel operator in Europe.

The hotel offers 343 appartments and 104 hotel rooms, which is a great mix for long business stays or short city trips to the city of Zurich. The location of the hotel is in between the city centre (15 minutes) and Zurich international airport (10 Minutes). Our guests are able to enjoy the fitness area, Italian restaurant LUIGIA, the inner courtyard, two bars and a rooftop terrace.

• Manage and process reservations efficiently and accurately
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and facilities
• Handle special requests and VIP guests with professionalism
• Assist in maximizing room bookings and occupancy

• Previous experience in a similar role in the catering or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in reservation management systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
