Location: Zürich
- Fachliche und personelle Führung des Fachteams der Physiotherapie im Zentrum für Paraplegie
- Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochstehenden, evidenzbasierten physiotherapeutischen Versorgung
- Planung und Koordination von Einsatz-, Arbeitszeit- und Absenzenmodellen inkl. Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
- Durchführung von Mitarbeitenden-, Qualifikations- und Entwicklungsgesprächen
- Verantwortung für Dokumentation, Leistungserfassung und Qualitätsmanagement
- Planung und Organisation von Fort- und Weiterbildungen
- Mitwirkung bei Rekrutierung, Einführung und Förderung von Mitarbeitenden
- Aktive Mitarbeit in interprofessionellen Gremien, Projekten sowie bei Forschungs- und Entwicklungsaktivitäten
