Your roleWe're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off‑cycle Internship Program within our Transaction Banking & Products business in Switzerland. You’ll get to support client events and conferences (e.g., SIBOS), engage in communication and event planning, and interact with international banks and stakeholders. Other responsibilities include:
- Support stakeholder engagement, meeting organization, and preparation (consolidate input, agenda, design presentations, track action items).
- Assist our team and Relationship Managers with ongoing business initiatives (e.g., B2B) and identify ways to automate collaboration.
- Perform recurring and ad‑hoc analysis and reporting with SAP Business Objects, enhancing reporting tools through automation.
- Manage information input for various monthly management and business reports.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
You’ll be working in our Client & Business Enablement Banks team within Institutional & Multinational Banking. As a first line of defense for the banks’ client segment, you’ll partner with the Head Banks Client Coverage, Head Transaction Banking Products, and product heads of Cash, Securities, and Trade & Export Finance. Responsibilities include improving and maintaining the banks' product shelf, driving the strategic agenda, and leading projects aligned with business sector priorities.
Yourexpertise
We’re looking for a candidate who
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduating no longer than six months ago;
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system);
- brings excellent communication skills fluently in German and English (additional languages are a plus) and can interact comfortably with colleagues at all levels;
- is a strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management skills;
- is looking to improve the client experience and subsequent product shelf;
- has values that align with ours: hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative;
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
