Our client is an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a credit specialist (m, f, d).

• Review, evaluate, and approve complex loans in the areas of Lombard loans, mortgages, and structured loans within the scope of lending competence.
• Make independent credit decisions and determine conditions and terms for borrowers.
• Ensure that credit approvals always comply with internal guidelines, default probabilities, and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for creating uniform credit guidelines across the entire banking group.
• Monitor regulatory requirements imposed by the authorities and continuously adapt credit guidelines.
• Provide ongoing training of front‑line units in the area of complex loans and risk minimization.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Banking and Finance or Economy.
• AZEK, CFA, or MAS, CAS certification.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the area of credit.
• Professional experience in international lending (Lombard loans or mortgages).
• Professional experience in analysing and evaluating credit.
• Professional experience in the further development of credit processes and credit products.
• IT flair and confident use of banking software and credit management tools.
• Analytical, team‑oriented personality with excellent communication skills who enjoys sharing knowledge.
• Interest in risk management and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Confident use of MS Office (Excel and PP).
• German and English language skills.
