• Support investment professionals and manage tax projects (FACTA/CRS) from legal, regulatory, operational and project‑management perspectives for all investment classes.
• Advise specialists and managers on product development with regard to tax issues and comprehension of terms and conditions.
• Support tax work for investment funds and for investors who invest in private market funds.
• Advise on tax efficiency in financial transactions and investments.
• Monitor cross‑border tax matters involving international fund competence centres.
• Review fund documentation relating to a variety of fund structures.
• Coordinate tax projects with external tax consultants and control tax performance.
• Conduct trainings in investment, law, and compliance tax matters.
• Monitor and research legal and regulatory requirements and cooperate with authorities.
• Manage ongoing situational projects.

• Master or Bachelor degree in Tax or Law (e.g., MBA, law school) – advantage.
• Professional experience as a tax lawyer with large investment funds, Big Four, a bank, or as a tax consultant or in an international law firm.
• Knowledge of investment funds and transaction regulation (UCITS, UCITSD, AIFMD, MiFID) as well as FATCA and CRS regulations.
• Knowledge of traditional and alternative investments including private equity, private real estate, private debt, and private infrastructure funds.
• Knowledge of local and cross‑border fund jurisdictions.
• Ability to manage tax issues successfully.
• Analytical and communicative personality.
• High attention to detail in tax work.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with ambitious deadlines.
• Team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• English and German language skills.
