Our client is an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a credit specialist (m, f, d) as

• Review, evaluate, and approve complex loans in the areas of Lombard loans, mortgages, and structured loans within the scope of lending competence
• Make independent credit decisions and determine conditions and terms and conditions for borrowers
• Ensuring that credit approvals always comply with internal guidelines, default probabilities, and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for creating uniform credit guidelines across the entire banking group
• Monitoring regulatory requirements imposed by the authorities and continuously adapting credit guidelines
• Ongoing training of front‑line units in the area of complex loans and risk minimization
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's or Master's in Banking and Finance or Economy
• AZEK, CFA, or MAS, CAS certification
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the area of credit
• Professional experience in international lending (Lombard loans or mortgages)
• Professional experience in analyzing and evaluating credit
• Professional experience in the further development of credit processes and credit products
• IT flair and confident use of banking software and credit management tools
• Analytical, team‑oriented personality with excellent communication skills who enjoys sharing knowledge
• Interest in risk management and evolving regulatory requirements
• Confident use of MS Office (Excel and PP)
• German and English
