Student Support - Private Markets Tax Operations Job Description

We are looking for a temporary Data Analyst until the end of September to work closely with the Private Markets Tax team. The Tax team consists of professionals responsible for managing Investment Fund related tax matters across various jurisdictions which require a significant volume of data and documents. The focus of the Data Analyst role will be to gather, store, and classify documents from both external and internal cloud systems, ensuring proper organization.

• Gathering of documents from platforms and systems;
• Maintaining and updating tax databases;
• Handling tax related inquiries;
• Preparing information for tax returns;
• Comparing and compiling tax documents;
• Processing inquiries and maintaining tax documentation.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program;
• Interested in tax matters;
• Fluency in English is required, German is an advantage;
• Excellent MS office skills;
• Efficient and precise working style with focus on details;
• Committed team-player, confident and trustworthy;
• Ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality.
