Are you about to complete your master’s degree or recently graduated and ready to turn ambition into impact? At Julius Baer, we empower graduates to shape the future of wealth management.

Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.

As part of the Group General Counsel division, you will join the General Counsel Wealth Management department in Zurich which plays a key role in providing legal and regulatory advice in all legal matters arising from Julius Baer’s activities and service offering to their clients.

During the programme, you will:

• Provide legal and regulatory advice regarding a broad set of day-to-day-activities
• Have interaction with the relevant business units (front and product related)
• Work in a cross-divisional, cross-functional and also international environment
• Have the possibility to support national and international legal and business projects

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in law (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in financial markets law and the Swiss banking regulatory landscape being a plus
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, resilience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English with good command of German, with additional languages being a plus
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
