Job Description & Summary Your Impact
  • Help our clients with dedicated support for transactions in a wide variety of industries and circumstances (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures & structured investments).
  • Work across the areas of buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance and vendor due diligence, deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.
  • Collaborate with other experts to develop a rapid understanding of the client's business and issues, and articulate your findings appropriately in order to deliver high quality reports.
  • Work in a diversified, international environment covering multiple areas and industries.
  • Team up with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts.
Your Skill Set
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree and have a background in finance (CPA or CFA).
  • Thorough understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in accordance with internationally recognized reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP).
  • At least 5 years of experience in providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large companies and private equity fund clients.
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
  • You are energetic, proactive, able to empathise with clients and staff, and are enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
  • Flexible and demonstrate willingness to conduct business travel for client assignments or business-related matters.
  • Excellent analytical skills and are experienced in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and additional analytical software tools (e.g. Power

    BI, Alteryx) to analyse and present data in a meaningful and efficient way.
