Tax Manager DACH Pharma

• Management of tax projects at the interface between the Group and business units in the DACH region.
• Collaboration with colleagues in the regions on tax issues.
• Tax advice to management on strategic issues and ongoing projects.
• Collaboration on the tax structuring of assigned business areas.
• Collaboration on financial tax planning and control.
• Management of transfer pricing and the life cycle of intra-group agreements.
• Tax support for financial forecasting, treasury, supply chain management, or sales- or buy-side M&A projects, coordination of Swiss tax matters, etc.
• Tax support in legal disputes or global compliance projects.
• Collaboration on governance projects and strengthening tax policy and strategy.
• Collaboration on optimizing internal controls, operational risks in the tax area, and tax compliance, including change management.
• Ensuring compliance with global tax standards.
• Supporting the head of the tax department and acting as point of contact for audit preparations.
• Ad hoc projects.

• Master's in Accounting, Tax, or Law
• Certification as a tax expert or ACCA, CA or CPA
• Experience in a multinational environment at a pharmaceutical company, a Big 4 tax consulting firm, or an international tax law firm with clients in the pharmaceutical sector
• Knowledge of international tax principles, transfer pricing, and tax control frameworks
• IT skills, familiarity with tax software, ERP systems, or SAP
• Strong analytical thinking and team orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and interest in working in agile teams
• Skilled communication and ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various company levels
• German and English
