Venture Capital Manager​/Principal

Our client is a hands-on, Europe-focused venture capital firm investing in transformative technology companies across sectors such as fintech, digital health, deep tech, and sustainability. The firm combines capital, operational expertise, and strategic guidance to help founders scale internationally.

They are looking for a highly motivated Investment Manager / Principal to join the Swiss team. This role blends deal origination, investment execution, and active portfolio support, offering significant exposure to fast-growing companies and the opportunity to shape investment strategy.

• Investment Origination: Build and nurture relationships with founders, co-investors, and ecosystem partners to identify compelling investment opportunities
• Opportunity Assessment: Conduct rigorous market, commercial, and financial analysis to evaluate potential investments
• Deal Execution: Lead transaction processes, including financial modelling, structuring, negotiation, and investment committee presentations
• Portfolio Partnership: Support portfolio companies with strategic, operational, and growth initiatives, including follow-on funding rounds
• Industry Engagement: Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Team Development: Guide junior team members and contribute to refining firm-wide investment processes
