Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Zürich

The client is a well-established, independent global multi-family office advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciary structures. The organisation provides integrated wealth solutions across discretionary and advisory investment management, governance, structuring, and long-term wealth stewardship. Operating across multiple international jurisdictions, the firm is recognised for its long-term, relationship-focused approach and its strong emphasis on integrity, professionalism, and collaboration. Ethical standards, client alignment, and a cross-border mindset are central to the firm's culture, alongside deep investment expertise and a supportive team environment.

Our client is seeking a motivated, organised, and proactive individual to join its Investment Management team based in Zurich. This role supports the day-to-day servicing of private clients and works closely with Client Relationship Managers to ensure consistently high service standards. The position sits within the Client Relationship Management function and acts as a key link between client-facing teams and investment professionals.

You will be supporting a team that delivers discretionary and advisory management services to private clients and families. Clients are served either directly or through fiduciary arrangements. Due to this close collaboration, the role offers broad exposure to the inner workings of a global multi-family office and direct interaction with clients and specialist investment solutions. The team draws on a multi-asset investment framework to design and implement tailored investment strategies across a full range of risk profiles, aligned with clients' long-term objectives.

  • Handling client and internal queries, resolving issues directly or escalating as required
  • Coordinating with internal teams across the organisation and liaising with external third parties such as banks, lawyers, accountants, and insurance providers
  • Collecting and consolidating information from clients, internal stakeholders, and external service providers
  • Preparing client correspondence and documentation
  • Supporting ongoing client monitoring activities, including client activity reviews and AML processes
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards
  • Maintaining, analysing, and updating client and prospect data
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks and project work as required
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A university degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • A solid general understanding of wealth management and financial services
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role within a financial services environment is advantageous
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is required;
German, French, and/or Spanish are considered strong assets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • A good understanding of financial markets and investment concepts
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and logically
Why Apply
