Wealth Planning Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) is comprised of dedicated front office sales personnel with success specifically linked to the ultimate delivery of Wealth Management solutions. Our success is derived through a holistic and objective approach to help clients identify structural and planning issues and opportunities, building the overall client relationship to help generate new business. You will discuss planning with clients across their entire financial lifecycle from the early stages of wealth creation to the ultimate disposition of assets.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Client Advisors to source and evaluate Wealth Planning opportunities and ensure direct Wealth Planning interaction with identified prospects and clients in order to bring in Assets Under Management (AUM)

  • Provide subject matter expertise on broad range of topics including closely held business planning, pre-Investment Banking transaction structuring, Family Office guidance, investment holding structures such as funds and insurance, cross-border planning

  • Navigate within a highly regulated environment, including the maintenance and development of Wealth Planning’s regulatory library and related policies & procedures

  • Be knowledgeable about the broad range of Wealth Management products including investment, insurance and credit solutions

  • Partner effectively with the Client’s independent Tax & Legal Advisors as well as Deutsche Bank’s external partners in the fiduciary space in assessing and implementing potential solutions

Skills
  • Experience in capital markets, legal and/or tax matters on an international basis in a previous Wealth Planning, banking, legal or accounting capacity

  • Direct client-facing sales or advisory experience; experience in people management

  • Detailed understanding of international legal, regulatory and tax environments; exposure to Corporate Finance transactions is helpful

  • Knowledge of Swiss planning solutions including collective investment schemes, insurance bonds and family companies/partnerships; solid understanding of generational planning concepts and fiduciary structures

  • Experience with the formation of family office infrastructures and philanthropic vehicles
