Investment Advisor - Swiss Market

• Provide proactive technical investment advice to RMs and clients, considering regulatory context, BO domicile, and investment strategy;
• Act as an unbiased and holistic business enabler for client solutions;
• Monitor clients' portfolios based on defined parameters;
• Execute and document trades, manage cash, and create client reports;
• Assist RMs with general investment questions;
• Utilize main applications and tools (same as relationship managers);
• Create comprehensive investment proposals;
• Develop proposals within a portfolio context based on clients' risk profiles;
• Ensure compliance with predefined portfolio parameters;
• Update clients' risk profiles as needed, in coordination with RMs;
• Support RMs in client acquisition and retention;
• Assist RMs and ARM(s) with all investment-related activities;
• Understand clients' expectations, needs, and requirements;
• Structure and develop tailor-made solutions for key clients;
• Identify profitable investment opportunities in collaboration with RMs and team advisors to optimize revenue;
• Prepare bespoke investment proposals for new and existing clients;
• Provide proactive investment advice to sophisticated clients, adhering to investment guidelines and bank policies;
• Monitor and analyze portfolios, conducting detailed reviews of performance;
• Build region-specific business cases for prospective clients and team strategies.

• Higher diploma in Finance, completed with CFA, CWMA, or equivalent;
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role;
• Extensive client-facing experience in banking, financial markets, and trade execution, preferably in Investment Advisory, applying a portfolio approach, sales, and distribution;
• Genuine passion for financial markets;
• Open, approachable, team-oriented, resilient under stress, and capable of handling volatile market conditions;
• Fluent in English, French, and German.
