We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program. You’ll get to:

• Develop and improve key risk indicators in our Global Wealth Management franchise across all booking locations to help the front and control functions identify, manage, and mitigate non‑financial risks.
• Analyze data, business processes and requirements.
• Build state-of-the-art dashboards and risk scoring solutions.
• Collaborate with different teams on strategic projects aimed at improving client experience and driving engagement.
• Build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy while learning how we operate to meet clients' needs.
• Develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts.
• Attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date.
• Has excellent English (written and oral).
• Has knowledge and interest in data analytics.
• Has experience working with Python, SQL, Excel, etc.
• Has knowledge and interest in business, accounting, and finance.
• Values align with ours: hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
• Is an independent and holistic thinker, able to derive conclusions based on own reasoning.
• Can challenge the business, processes, and data analytics results and support this ability with precise, constructive communication.
• Is perseverant, drilling through challenging tasks.
• Can focus and tackle tough problems from multiple angles without distraction.
• Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
