Your challenge:
In this key role, you will be responsible for the precise and compliant handling of all formalities related to account opening and maintenance for legal entities in Switzerland. Leveraging your expertise, you will ensure consistently high data quality and contribute significantly to the efficiency and smooth operation of both the team and the wider organization.
- Review and process account openings for legal entities in line with current regulatory and internal requirements
- Maintain, update, and monitor client data in compliance with legal and bank‑specific standards
- Professionally handle inquiries from various departments regarding client data and onboarding processes
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legal regulations (e.g., CDB, QI/FATCA, and AEOI)
- Take responsibility for regular data quality checks and execute data cleansing activities
- Support the ongoing development and optimization of existing processes in client data management
- Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification, preferably in the financial or banking sector
- Several years of hands‑on experience in account opening procedures and formal reviews
- Excellent German and good English language skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Avaloq is an advantage
- High level of reliability, self‑organisation, strong team spirit, and resilience
- Strong initiative combined with a willingness to take responsibility
- Accurate, structured way of working, advanced communication skills, and a strong service orientation
