In Consulting, you will be involved in management and business consulting. We provide seamless, consistent and high-quality services to our clients around the world. Our team works collaboratively with our clients to manage engagements and lead teams across all aspects of the CFO’s agenda. The needs of our clients are driven by global trends within a firm’s finance function as well as wider business transformations.

• Become part of Business Consulting Finance and work within a young and dynamic team in the areas of Corporate Transformation, Digital Finance and Global Business Services
• Support the execution of entity-wide transformation programs, from strategy development to operational implementation
• Be involved in designing finance operating models, finance processes and next generation digital finance capabilities
• Contribute to the success of projects with state-of-the-art project management methods
• Work in an international team on cross-functional engagements, such as global business transformations or roll-outs of demand-to-cash or purchase-to-pay processes
• Prepare benchmark analyses to optimize group structures and evaluate operating models as well as governance structures
• Use the insights and experiences of your daily consulting practice to continuously enhance our consulting approaches and support the publication of professional articles or presentations for conferences
• Be part of the change and actively engage in shaping our culture and contribute to internal team developments

• Successfully completed business-related studies with excellent results
• First practical experience through an internship/working student position or a finance/project position within consulting or the corporate environment
• First understanding of the CFO function of an organization
• Practical experience in GBS/SSC, Financial Planning & Analysis, Reporting, Cost Accounting or Financial Performance Management are a plus
• Highly motivated and willing to grow within a mentor-oriented corporate culture, carrying an entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent team player who enjoys working in an inclusive environment
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, further languages are a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of business metrics
• High affinity in dealing with MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as interest in modern tools such as MURAL or Power BI
• Willingness to travel
