Digital Delivery Senior Business Manager; f​/m​/d

Position: Digital Delivery Senior Business Manager 100% (f/m/d)
Location: Zürich

Maintain structured documentation, drive timely completion of operational tasks and provide regular cohesive status updates to senior management meetings

Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive support roles within financial services, preferably in private banking or wealth management

Diplomatic and culturally aware, with the ability to interact confidently across diverse geographies and functions

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; relevant professional qualifications considered an asset

Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy combined with the ability to synthesise information into relevant and tailored insights

Ownership in driving tasks forward independently and capable of proactively identifying opportunities and proposing solutions without awaiting direction

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (especially German) highly desirable

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with collaboration platforms such as Webex, Teams or Share Point Ability  to prioritise effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing demands
